Cursor
Live presence on the canvas: collaborators' pointers, and agents showing what they are working on.
Cursors
Collaborators carry their name in their color. Your own pointer has no label. Agents use the gradient mark and pill. Each cursor's origin is its hotspot.
Agent status
An agent's pill shows its name until it reports what it is doing. Each status replaces the label and the pill resizes to fit. Between tool calls the mark breathes to show the agent is still thinking.
Presence avatars
Room members running an agent carry the agent mark in a gap cut from their avatar. Select another member to follow them: their page, with their pointer kept in view. Your own input stops following. The plus button explains how to turn on WebMCP so an agent can join.
Not following anyone
Spotlight
While you follow someone, the whole editor is framed in their color and a notch at the top names them. The notch is the only part that takes clicks: its button stops following, as does your own click, scroll or keystroke on the canvas.
Portraits
Members appear as one of eight portraits instead of initials. A member's name picks the portrait, so each person keeps one face; their color fills the background and tints the shirt.
